I have question regarding on how to measure color in ink draw down in transparecy film.
We have received two samples that has
1. Pantone color ink drawdown with white ink on transparence film
2. Pantone color ink drawdown without white ink on transparence film
(Should I request for white ink on transparence film as well?)
Now I have measure the Pantone swatch with 939 and compare with sample with same pantone swatch white paper as backing material.
Is this what I suppose to measure to find ∆E? or should I do something different procedure?
I heard that I need to measure the white paper and compare with it as well. but how with 939?
