Ryobi 3302H Upper feed roller stuck

When we trurned on our Ryobi 3302H press today, the Upper feed roller seems to be stuck in the upper position and won't go down. Help Anyone? thnx.

There is probably a paper jam left over from the last time the press was used. Try removing the upper feed roller frame.
