Super Web Digital, a multi-million dollar international commercial inkjet press manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.


Skills required for this position:


- Sales coverage - Builds targeted business plans and strategies for assigning resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin.


- Account Planning– Assists in planning sales strategy; liaison to internal process in support of the sales reps and selling activities. Activity develops and manages all sales reps and geography.


- Pipeline management - Builds, monitors and coordinates sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of short and long term opportunities. Manages the quality of the sales pipeline and analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratios.


- Deal management - Works the back end of any new deals on the company backend to ensure project management easy flow.


- Strategic sales planning & implementation - Plans the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's forecast to meet sales revenue.


- Competitive Positioning/Strategy –Develope any competitive edge will gain the competitive edge on the customer's buying decisions.


- Coaching & Performance Management–Counsels, encourages and supports all sales reps through selling challenges and low performances.


- Leadership –Models effective, ethical sales and motivates and supports sales teams in selling.


- People development– Nurtures and directs skill building activities to increase the sales reps abilities.


- Consultative selling–Plans and coaches team on how to take a consultative approach to the prospective customer. Pairs with sales teams have access to other resources of the company and encourages them to nurture relationships with client influencers and decision makers


- Industry and client knowledge - Stays current with industry and competitive research and information to enable rich client dialogue; maintains an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends, and markets; demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge to position and map the company capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.


- Assists in the recruiting, training and development of Sales Representatives


- Participates in investment decisions in pricing and resource


Requirements:


- Minimum three years’ sales experience in Graphics/Printing Industry
- 5+ years sales and territory management
- Ability to work as a member of an account team that develops and implements business strategies.
- Ability to interact with and influence various levels of management within the assigned account base.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Ability to travel ~85% - minimal overnights
- Essential communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use the internet for research as well as the ability to create and utilize models.
