It says Copyright 2022 - If it was legit the copyright would be current and accurate. Not only is it a scam, it's from a lazy scammer.

If a company tries to contact you in a way the've never done before, start asking yourself questions.

Also, never say any positive response to a scam phone call,( i.e. "Yes", "Sure"); some scammers can record and play back your voice over the phone, causing a less scrupulous bank member to be tricked into lending money in your name without you even being there.

Just recently I heard a cybersecurity bulletin about DocuSign's API getting hacked, allowing scammers to send valid docusign invoices that appeared to be legit and authorized by vendors/docusign. This was patched up relatively quickly IIRC, but not before hundreds of thousands of scam invoices with legit looking links were sent. It's wise to be distrustful of any communication you didn't already expect, because that wasn't the first or last time that will happen.
