Scratch off ink (lottery tickets kind) for digital prints

We need to produce short runs (200-500) of variable data printed tickets, that are covered with some sort of scratch off ink to hide content. Any ideas how to do this in the most economical way? Thanks in advance.

Latex

Hello smatros,
we only use latex with screen printing.
Some of the other ink options allow the secret information to show through when viewed under ultra violet lights (which many retail outlets have to check bank notes).

You could always run the base print digitally with the VDP and them spot coat the scratch off with a conventional press.
