Scratch on the Film output of LUXEL F-9000 Image Setter

Dear Sir,
I am in a trouble with LUXEL F-9000 Image Setter. When I output a job there is a lot of Scratch on the Film but no Error Message on the display. I have checked all of the Film Loading & Transport section. I am sure that the problem is from the Electronic Boards. I attached a test Film with Scratch herewith. Kindly advice on what could be causing this.

Today I have replaced the defective Control Board of Fuji F9000 after cleaning with Isopropanol. The scratches of the film has gone but a new problem arises. Some times data transfer has done correctly and sometimes data transfer hangout without showing any Error Massage. Please give me a suggestion about this problem.
