Screen Cezanne Image corruption

Hello All,

we are facing a problem with Screen Cezanne, while scanning the image the output is corrupted as shown in the attached pictures.

Please advise what is the reason and how it can be resolve.

If there are no error messages then this looks like either jitter from a dry rail or spindle or a wonky stepper motor.
Try using a light oil on the mechanics.
