Screen PlateRite 4300s

We have had endless problems with our PlateRite 4300. To such an extend that the supplier agreed to install a new one. They istalled the New PlateRite 4300s. Now they are telling us that Heidelberg Meta Dimension is NOT compatable with the 4300s although it worked perfectly with the 4300. Any suggestions?

Heidelberg branded 4300 for Topsetter 74P. Now 4300S is a little bit different from the predecessor 4300. They are 32 lasers, close pph, but not the same machine. Why not try using Metadimension with 1 bit Tiff output and Trueflow DTC from Screen. It will work nice and easy You can switch to Trueflow or Equios, but it is up to you
