Title: Bindery Technician
Job Type: Full Time, Employee
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up, adjust, maintain and operate various bindery equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment
• Monitor continuous quality of materials
• Perform other related duties and work overtime as needed
• Complies with company policies, procedures and core processes
Qualifications:
• Must have previous bindery experience
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions
• Good mechanical ability and use of tools
• Good math and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Must be flexible to meet and adapt to schedules
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs. stand for long periods of time and use hands and wrists continuously
