Service manual from Screen is confidential document and available only for trained engineers.
Main part of procedures needs some skills and experience. But some procedures is easy and can be done by user or under remote supervision of engineer.
You can ask here about your problem with CTP or Workflow and community give advice, but you need to decide solve it by yourself or call service.
