Setting up additional media

I have been working in Rampage 9.4 for a few years now and we've always just had one plate size. Now we are getting a new press with another plate size and I have been trying to set it up myself but I am getting an error saying Non_device error during plot. too many scan lines. I do not have tech support anymore. Can anyone help me with this? Much appreciated!

have you setup the new plate size on the saber and read the profile in on your shooter?
