Shadows On 700 (Transparency Issues)

I work off of a EFI Fiery using Command Workstation 4 On and Docu Color 260 and the most recent machine the Xerox 700 . Its not all the time that the shadows around images or signatures show up but every once in awhile. It does not happen on the 260 but only on the 700. I have called the fiery expert but hes not sure as to why this would happen. Is CW4 not advance enough to hide the shadows when printed on the 700? I cant figure out why someone please help.

Upgrade to CWS 5.0 (Fiery Command WorkStation 5)

Try checking/uncheking the option that says "Composite Overprint"

Make sure your files are flattened

Make sure the colors under the shadow are CMYK, also try saving the file as a tiff and print.

We just flatten the transparencies in the .pdf file - works everytime.
