Sheet decurler for GTO?

Hello guys

We have many problems with printing on thin coated paper. Especially when there are big solid areas - paper is going to be a bit rolled after first pass - especially at the end and beginning of the sheet.
Printing those sheets again on the second side is a nightmare with GTO's feeder, so we are making simple workaround by straightening sheets by hand, but this is very primitive and time consuming method.

I know, that many machines like SM52 or Ryobi has sheet decurling device built in at the delivery.

My question: do you know something about some kind of sheet decurler, which can be fitted to GTO? I am very intrested in buying such device and installing it into my GTO.

I've been working on Heidelbergs over 25 years, have never seen a decurler available for a GTO. Seems a shame, but I've also never had anyone mention the need for one. Good Luck Steve

If you can get away with reducing the tack of the ink. It'll help a little with the curling problem.

there was aftermarket company that went by the name of auto magic that made sheet decurlers for sheetfed presses. dont know if they are sill in biz but they might be worth a google
