Signasetter "Error 0931"

Hi,

i am facing a problem with signasetter pro, during boot an error message appear "0931” “Recorder hardware error, check the cabling to the mirror motor and the XY-Control.”

I have checked all the connectors b/w XY controller and mirror motor, all are attached properly but error remain.
