General Duties and Responsibilities:(This is a representative list of the general duties and not intended to be all-inclusive.)
- Set up and Run all related equipment within Flexibility.
- Slitting of jobs to customer specifications.
- Quality check and approval of all jobs – verifying all rewind specifications before beginning job.
- Calculate and run jobs to counts specified on orders.
- Setup and maintain vision inspection unit.
- Organizing sheeted product off the press.
- Fanfolding, shrink-wrapping, boxing product according to job specifications.
- Completion of daily timesheet – listing date, job number, and quantity rewound.
- Maintaining machine maintenance logs.
- Daily cleaning of machine and keeping rewind area in an organized, clean fashion.
- All other general duties, as assigned by supervisor.
