SquareFold booklets

I was wondering for those that are producing SquareFolded Booklets, are you able to charge your customer a small premium for the finished book? Do you present to your customer the option of non-SquareFolded (bulging thick book) next to a SquareFolded book(flat like a perfect-bound book)?
Also, have you found any measurable cost savings by SquareFolding?
