Nevada State Printing needs a Prepress, Composing, and Digital Print Operator. Extensive experience in all phases of preparing documents for plating or printing is a requirement. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Specific experience with Kodak Prinergy is almost a must, but we would consider experience with a similar digital workflow system.
This position is very "hands on" and includes loading and unloading aluminum plates to 40", loading and unloading paper to 12 x 18, clearing jams, and performing all user maintenance of the plating line and printers.
Must be a team player able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Position is located in Carson City, Nevada. Normal state benefits, including a defined benefit retirement plan, are included.
