Suprasetter A75 spare parts

I'm looking for the backplane board MUCB-AS-BP for Suprasetter A75 Gen III. Part number 00.782.1314/01.
Has anybody got one? E.g. from a decommissioned machine, but still functional?
The problem with my board is that it constantly reports open safety loop although all safety switches are definitely closed.

This reminds me we had what seems like the same type of problem with our former Lotem.
It turned out we only had to replace the Interlocks Board.
