I just got a Magnus 400 (older model).
The tec installing it said it is too hot in my shop, so the chiller won't work. the temperature in the morning is about 77 degrees. according to what I found online that is within operating range.
I got an error code 5737 (a problem occurred in the chiller because of water flow malfunction). and then I would get a code 5736 (a problem occurred in the laser head because of temperature).
I think may problem is the chiller. Not knowing the mechanics of it, I thought maybe the chiller is over filled or there is an air pocket stopping the flow.
can anyone steer me in the right direction so I can bring it up with the tec?
