Three Of Nine Barcode

We are having problems with this font on an Indigo 5000. It seems that 12pt is not readable. I'm being told that this is a very common font. Anybody have any ideas?

corrupted font? have you cleaned your font case?

It scans at any point size above 12pt. So I don't think it's corrupt. Actually, it scans fine at 12pt printed on a laser printer . . . but not an Indigo.

Can you post a pic of the problem? Is it a font, or a barcode?

It's just a barcode font.
