Tips for Reinstalling RAMpage 10.4 RIP/Shooter from Scratch

Hi, I have a computer repair/IT service business and one of my clients has a RAMpage workflow that I occassionally am asked to fix. The SCSI hard drive on their RIP/Shooter PC died and I am helping them to get it running again. Unfortunately they did not have a back up and I am starting from scratch with a clean install of Windows 2000. I have read through the documentation and reinstalled the RAMpage System software. The next step is to bring the system back to their shop and configure it. The client does not have any documentation about how the system was configured so in addition to the RAMpage documentation that I have been studying up on, I am hoping somebody here might have some tips for how I might get clues from the Mac client and file server. Any assistance or tips are greatly appreciated.

Contact Fuji. ‭1 (800) 359-3854‬. You will be directed to XMF Software. Fuji purchased Rampage. Rampage Software engineers helped with creating XMF. Most if not all Rampage Techs still work there.

Thanks for the tip. There was actually a business card for a Fujifilm customer service tech in their binder of discs and documentation, but I kind of figured he's either moved on or retired by now since the last correspondence is from 2007. I assume client will need to purchase a support plan to get assistance? Will Fuji still offer support for software this old?

I got lucky and was able to recover the rsi and Rampage folders from the failing drive. Hopefully I can use that to get things back up and running.

I brought the PC back today and am running into problems with the Rampage application accessing the file shares for the Rip folder and Jobs folder. With the rsi and Rampae folders copied from the old drive, the program is pointing to the correct file shares, but says that volume can't be found. I can map the drive in file explorer and can create and edit files so it seems to be something specific to the application. Any ideas on why I might get this message or what can be done to troubleshoot.
