toning

I am having problems and i thought it was our new voc chemicals or calcium problems but i have done a complete scrub down of all the rollers by hand and an amonia wash to get rid of the toning but nothing i seem to do helps, the toning lines are in the smae place every time about 3 in down on the sheet and some colors are worse than others, sometimes adjusting my pressure out will help but not today i am running a ryobi 3302 and using an oil based ink please help.

It happens on both units but 2 is the worst.

are blankets and rollers in good condition?

Rollers are about 6 months old and the blanket could be changed just didnt think that could be it.
