Trendsetter- Blue substance leaking

Recently noticed a blue rubbery substance "leaking" from the bottom front of Trendsetter. I opened the hood and there is a lot of it inside the machine. The only thing blue I can see is that front roller. I am guessing it from the blueish roller towards the front of the photo. The machine is still imaging plates OK, Any ideas what it is and what is the cause?

That is a melted roller from the old Spectrum section. That entire unit can be removed and your trendsetter will still operate. Just unplug all the electronic connections and plug the two air hoses on each side and then there's just two bolts that it pivots on you can take those out and the whole thing will come out.

Awesome news. Thank you!

Old Dolevs and Lotems suffer from rubber rollers melting into sticky messy stuff.
We regularly check for rollers getting softer.
Stripping and redressing rollers is much easier before they start leaking...

We had a Lotem roller melted unexpectedly during an unload, resulting in a plate being glued between the unload rollers, not a pleasant situation at all.

A colleague told me that when he found out that the unloading rollers on his Lotem became sticky, he was under a production bottleneck and couldn't stop the machine.
So he used Heat Shrinkable Tubing onto a roller and it saved his day...
