SCREEN Americas has announced a high-opacity white mode for its Truepress Jet L350UV—SAI S. The new printing option allows for reduced transparency when applying white ink on clear substrates. The upgrade provides additional value for label manufacturers in the beverage industry, where labels are often printed on transparent substrates for green & brown bottles.
The ink configuration is CMYK plus white, and owners have the option to add orange & blue to the composition.
