Upgrade Avantra 20 to 25

Please I need service instructions for Agfa avantra 20
upgrade to 25-3-chip replaced
width of the film is not set at 457
how to check the upgrade is carried out

You can't do that without Service SW AvDiag, cable and knowledge how to do that upgrade.
You'd better call to local AGFA Service for assistance.

I would like to verify the upgrade was carried out
because I can set the page width of more than 356 (avantra 20,avantra 25 -> width 458 mm)

Av20 has no second supply cassette "B" and limited in page size, but Av20 -> Av25 conversion do not require any 3 chips replacement, just one extra roller and couple of motors and sensors installation.

Actually that upgrade is a kind of "declaration" some machine features like: "flex media", "opti-spot" "dual spindle" ... and the type of machine. After that the control sum (machine type number) will change.
Without extra motors and sensors you will get some boot errors which are not fatal.
Anyway you need the diagnostic SW, and AvDiag is AGFA intellectual property, not for sale but only for servicemen trained by AGFA.
