Versant 280 NCR Registration

So I have just been running a 2 part NCR job, and the first 15 sheets were fine, then all of a sudden both artwork positioning keeps moving. Seems the artwork on the yellow you see the tick marks are closer to the edge of the paper compared to the white sheet. Then another sheet it will be the opposite so the white sheet is close to the edge and yellow is not. Then the odd few in-between the registration lines back up. Both the white and yellow NCR sheets have a custom profile setup with alignment as well. The NCR paper we are using is a digital Reacto SRA3. See photo below

Is it the same across the sheet? are all four corners out by same amount on those two sheets in the image?

We had a similar issue with cover weight, putting the skew adjustment levers in the tray back to 0 fixed it for us. Was off randomly like that, might be worth a shot.
