Wash out Plates

I need your suggestions please...

We have CTP (Trendsetter 800 III/Kodak). and Komori Lithrone.

We print labels but sometimes the plates will automatically wash out the images.
We check the alcohol at komori but its OK. Any comments? how to keep the plates as is.

we have the same set up.Trendsetter and komori.we experience that before, the image slowly washing out while on press running.we increase the dryer temp to 55 deg and it works fine.the plates that was been done before increasing the temp,we use blower to heat it up.it works for us.

What did you mean dryer temp to 55 deg? is that in the developer? yes we moved now in 60.


or are you mentioning the Oven? we don't have oven machine.

We have 3 komori machine (ex. komori 1 komori 2, komori 3).

But we only have encountered wash out plates on our komori 3. Komori 1 and 2 works fine. I dunno, maybe the problem is in the machine. We have also decreased the developer speed from 25 sec to 20 seconds.
