wc 7345 print & copy quality issue

newbee is in problem please do needfull
i own wc 7345 from last six months, machine was running good condition but from last few days i have quality issue in both print & copy. print became light in every colour cmyk. icleaned all drums and interchange them but issue is present.
also checked fuser and faults. only fault is showing 009-451 which i think means that black dev is low. but is running.
plz help me.

Looks like a developer problem to me.

Isnt some error occurs when developer problem is there.
By the way engineer came and showed me the same lines on ibt and recommended to clean ibt. He clean ibt and charging roller behind ibt with some liquid now the problem has increased. The coy fades more. He told me after some hours the problem will be rectify.
Plz help.

The light area at the bottom of the magenta sheet is what looks like a developer clump. The other milder issue might be your 2nd bias roller, or your IBT. Though, I am no expert.

Hi, first you should change the printer cartridge of your printer and replace it with high quality cartridge and ink and see the difference.

I guess so. You should have contacted your developer about the printing and copy condition. We own printers, but for bulk production, we just send it out to SLB printing for the finishing touches and digital printing. It’s less stress and hassle-free especially if you’re in a rush.

there was 2 problem 1st one was low developer in magenta and cyan. 2nd problem was dirty ibt belt on both side.
engineer top up some developer and cleaned ibt belt and problem rectified.
now another problem acquired. copy quality is better than printout.

i had printed one sheet of business card whic came poor quality. fonts were thinner and chopped than actual. same file printed from others dc250 printer came more good quality. and when i copied the printout printed from dc250 came better than wc 7345 printout. i had doubt of printer driver. one more thing when i print on thinner paper same file comes good. dont know what is the problem.
