Weko AP230 won't power up. Instruction Manual, anyone ?

Hello. Does anyone have a copy of the instruction manual for the WEKO AP230 Powder Unit ? This one is on a Komori L428 and won't power up. Display is a dead bird ... Thanks.

Hi sir:
Please test :

1) Fuse or circuit breaker .

2) The switch of Powder Unit .

3) if are o.k measure the Transformer primary and secondary Voltages if are o.k????

4) if are o.k mesure the Rectifier Bridge if the output is o.k againt the Schematic Diagrams.

5) Look for loose wires, or corroder or burn, or connectors faulty.
