Will X-Rite i1 Pro2 work in Kodak Colorflow 1.2?

We use Kodak ColorFlow 1.2.6.2.65 with old X-rite i1 Pro.

It seems to me the device is broken - long calibration, unstable work...

When i ran diagnostic, resaults were the follows:
Dark measurement count: 29196
Lamp burning time: 89534.3 seconds
Spot measurement count: 11877
Scan measurement count: 16204

So we want to buy new i1 Pro2, but not sure that the device will operate correctly.
Does anyone have a similar experience?

Any help is appreciated

I have not used an i1 Pro 2 with Kodak ColorFlow, however for Kodak Proofing Software the Kodak Partner Place Knowledgebase Answers states that the i1 Pro 2 is recognised as an unfiltered i1 Pro with no issues or major differences in readings (Answer ID 64751). One would hope that ColorFlow is the same! I have not done a specific search to see if ColorFlow is any different.

EDIT: No mention of ColorFlow compatibility, however it does also work with the Kodak (Approval) Recipe Color Profiler 1.0 software, where again it is recognised as an uncut (no UV filter) i1 Pro (Answer ID 66274).

Hi Alien,

i1 Pro 2 has been qualified for ColorFlow 1.2.6.3 and higher. Note that if you have an earlier version of the i1iO scan table, it must get the retrofit from X-Rite to support the i1 Pro 2 head.

If you have an i1 Pro 2 that incorporates multiple illuminant measurement conditions in a single device, support with ColorFlow 1.2.6.3 is limited to non-UV cut mode.

OEM versions of the i1 Pro 2 spectrophotometer that incorporate either UV cut or unfiltered measurement can be purchased from Kodak. Please contact a Kodak Sales Representative for more info.

Hi all,
We have tested i1 Pro 2 (borrowed it from colleagues) - in 'ruler' mode, everything works.

Thank you all for your help!
