Hello. We have been a long time user of AGFA Apogee. We have previously committed to a workflow support and upgrade contract which will be running out in a couple of weeks. Historically the increase has been 10%. Seems a bit high to us and was wondering if anyone has a similar deal and if they fight to get it lowered? I know they justify the cost with an upgrade each year whether they have anything new or not.
