xerox 260 printing issues

I am trying to print directly to our Xerox Docucolor 260. Never had any issues before, its been in our shop well over a year now.

System: MacBook Pro i5 running 10.6.4

No system changes or updates have been done. I keep getting the driver asking for authentication. I try my user name and password (which is admin) for the computer but the same thing happens. I can print to hold to our rip without a problem, but not directly. Anyone have an idea whats going on? Seems to be system wide, I tried printing from Safari, Indesign CS5, Preview.

This is now happening on 2 different Mac Laptops, one is an older MacBook, and mine. Both running 10.6.4 Any ideas?
