Xerox 700 trail edge flip or trail edge deletion IQ defect - how to solve the problem

In dry climate, where humidity is a major problem, like where I work,

trail edge print quality could sometime be an issue as shown below.

the tech gave me the solution, basically, I need to adjust the "image transfer" on the paper settings.
