Hi guys i'm looking to get my own digital printer for small runs of flyers, leaflets ect, i currently outsource my printing jobs but like the idea of being able to do small runs myself. anything over 1000 flyers i would continue to outsource. I have a friend who has put my in touch with a xerox engineer, who has recommended i take a used xerox 242/250/260 on a pay per print deal from him and he will fully maintain the machine. I know these printers are a little old but can they still print to a good standard, my main clients are local businesses and i'd say they are not to fussy but i'd still like to maintain a good standard. Any advice would be great as i'm new to this side of printing, i normally work with solvent ink machines.
