Xerox Freeflow Makeready replacement

If I wanted to replace my Xerox Freeflow Makeready software, which is used for document composition, bulk scanning using TWAIN scanners, and pdf creation (with bookmarking etc), what would be some alternate solutions which could do those same things?

I really like RSA's ReadyPrint. It's really good at batch editing of scans, setting up documents with mixed media, creating tabs, etc. They also have an RDO conversion to automatically convert all of your old Xerox files. The RSA suite of products is sold by most manufacturers (Ricoh, KM, etc).
