Hey
So i have this problem with the machine for while and Xerox don't really know how to solve, they try but no fix yet.
As you can see in the file i upload, i print full surface process color all over the sheet coming up big lines of magenta, yellow and cyan
Xerox already replaced drums, corotron and other parts.
Any idea what this could be?
It happens with other stock paper, i try other GSM, i try different settings nothing helps

Go into Technical Key Operator, under Administrator, go to Full Width Array and first run the Banding and Streaks diagnostics, then do the two routines under Density Uniformity. Techs should have already done this but it won't hurt to do it again. If that doesn't help then find out if they replaced the 1stBTRs.

Thank for the reply
Tech should come today and i will ask him to do it

Its not gray exactly its magenta cyan and yellow mixed, the color i showed here is not 100% accurate yet still need to be adjust.
Any way the tech guy was here and he showed me an email from Xerox that they have problem with the machine, When the machine stands under strong light it damages the drums and start making problems, so my tech covered all the top of the machine and the print does looks better.
Xerox said on the mail that they investigate for months all over the world such problem for months and they came to realize that strong light damage the drums

I don't see where the light would leak in from the top of the machine. The open area (crack) between the doors might be another thing. I am testing that right now with a blocker sheet to cover that up. After a magenta drum change the the uniform density always seems good but then a while I can long keep the magenta uniform from inboard to outboard.
