Xerox Profico PX500 or Fuji Revoria EC2100

Currently looking at options of the Xerox Profico PX500 or Fuji Revoria EC2100 equivalent.

What is Fuji engineer service like in UK compared to Xerox, anyone have experience with Fuji?

I have a fuji ec1100 - basically a xerox 4100 and generally love it with all normal problems with btrs etc. Fuji service is great and when reporting a problems I stay away from the phone line as the call centre where ever they are based are useless and just email the uk service and they sort everything. My service is next day as I am in an engineer black spot (xerox were the same) too far north for Manchester and too far south for Scotland!. Not sure where you are but my dealer Jettech are great as well.
