Xerox Versant 280 - CMYK registration on long sheet

Using my Xerox Versant 280, I'm printed a carton pack on a 380gsm Folding Box Board, sheet size 640mm x 320mm using my vacuum fed long sheet option.
I'm having a registration problem where the CMYK is perfect at the feeding end of the sheet but by the trailing end its out of fit (see pics).
I've done a SIQA registration and also changed drums but not sure what else to try...or is it limitations of the long sheet.

I've not had that when I do 120gsm uncoated or 250gsm silk. Not never tried anything thicker on long sheets. The only thing I can think of is, the board box is it pre folded? I'm wondering if its slightly bending it. Otherwise I'm afraid its just the limitations of the machine when doing long sheets, despite setting up SIQA.

Thanks for the tip...I've done a few tests which include printing onto a lower gsm sheet. I tried a 250gsm Silk and it's registered perfectly at both ends.
I think you're right in that the folding box board is too thick.
I've found a workaround which has helped. I printed the 380gsm FBB as a blank sheet and then putting the sheet back in again to be printed with the required image.
By printing the blank, this helps to remove the sturdiness of the board as it goes around the rollers. Its not perfect but its better than before...plus, the blank sheet doesn't get charged as a click rate either!!!

I assume the distortion is in the feed direction? If so you may be seeing sheet shrinkage so your effort to 'blank preprint' would help. As a test: print once blank, flip, print blank again, THEN print normally. If its sheet shrinkage that might give the best result on this thick of a sheet. YMMV

Good day. I had a similar problem, and changing the financial unit solved it.
