Actually, I'm very very disgusted with Xerox and their 8000AP. So disgusted, that I'm considering telling them to come and get the machine and refuse to pay for the rest of the lease. I've tried to work with local senior management, but they've been combative and unresponsive. I can't understand how printing "within spec" absolves them from the fact that I'm still producing prints that my customers reject.
I'm sure that I'll end up in court but maybe then I can present my problems to someone who will actually listen and weigh the facts.
