I am looking for a rip that will drive a 4up screen ctp. I would like an easy to use
rip with trapping features and something to produce one bit to feed the setter.

Any idea on what would do the job and the approximate cost?

Any Harlequin based rip can easily do it. Trapping is an add on feature that works well in the current versions. There are several vendors that sell rips including Xitron and RTI.
