Center Image on the plate

We switched over from Kodak to Fuji.
The plate are different sizes. Kodak 1029 Fuji 1030.
We use to use auto to send the plates. If our setup was wrong
we would get a error; the machine wouldn't take it.
Since they switched us over they over rode that, now we don't get the
error. It will run a smaller setup with the wrong gripper.
We want to get back to the error message.
Now, in the machine you can change the horizontal positioning but its not working.
It didn't effect it at all. The image needs to move 1.1 mm
Has anyone figured this out? Or have any other incite?

thanks

Get info from output device

We run an older version of trueflow 3.12 but I'm sure it works the same way. After making the change on your PTR you should update Trueflow with the Output Device Utility. Magazine Information Setup\Tools\Get info from output device. Make sure there are not any exposing tasks going on at the same time. The change done to your PTR should then reflect in Trueflow and you should see movement on your plate.

The people you sold you the plates should know how to do all of this, call them up and ask for service or you will switch back to your old plate.

Good luck.
