Lotem 800 II Quantum error, Invalid binary buffer error

Hi,

When I start Lotem 800 Q application 3.75.09 Left local card download WCS Task and Right local card download WCS seems to work ok!
But after that come error: Invalid binay buffer error. Can you help me with this problem, please?

Check your cable conections.

Hi Angel, thak`s for you messages. This is not fiber lotem, so this is does not include
DDB-card. This is Quantum and I think so the problem is TMCE-card? Cable connector is okay.

Why you don't Try to download the firmware before replacing it?

If using xpo , have you tried to reinstall it?

No problem, I tried to download firmware again but I did not fix the problem.
I`m trying to find a replacement TMCE-card. Thanks for help!
