Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4065. During print runs(more than 50 sheet), the colors are not stable and they change while printing.
For example:
- Sometimes the print becomes too magenta
- Sometimes it becomes too yellow
So the color balance changes during the same job, even with the same file and settings.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
I have change the developper unit of magenta always the same problem
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Common problem with machines
Happened to me also with Konica and Xerox
What i do is i do calibration and run about 500/1000 pages of job that color don't matter much, after that the machine is stable and can run with no problems
Also i recommend you to but IQ-501 for the machine can help you a lot.

Sounds like you need a trained technician to come in and look at it. It could be that all of the developers need to be changed. If it's looking more magenta, then possibly the developer in the other colors is going bad - making the magenta look more prominent. I am not technically trained to service these machines at all...we always just call a tech. But that's one of the things he does nearly every time our color starts to shift. He also changes out the corona wires, and gives the inside a good cleaning.

the technician have not solved me the problem.

Then you need a 'better' trained technician. 😜 If your standard tech can fix it, there is usually a next level tech they can escalate it to... someone with much more experience and who specializes in the production units.
