I have not even tried. I bought this with printing on a cheap 20# Boise REcycled paper. IT is meeting the quality i expected. I will have to check on the coated sheet but i have not tried. Doesn the paper have to be treated for the ink jet?

I have one. I love teh speed and for the work i produce it is perfect. Color is no comaparison. i had to dumb down the color of my toner Ricoh 7110 to match. Letter and large mailing would fit this product. 160 minutes is awesome.

Try ppml format from Fusion. That works form mine. as mentioned above i ussually make it a stack of paper in my printer. 2000 sheets max per file

Is the file you are printing 1 giant pdf? Are you presorting for mailing. does the order matter? you may also have hot folders that you could separate the large file into single files with 2 pages then set up the hot folder to print page 1 from draw 2 and page 2 from draw 2. it depends on how...

I myself would want it built to the final sheet size desired. The prepress area has numbers for building in creep. JUst avoid image crossovers.

last i heard a post card must me 9pts and the 242 can not duplex that weight

change the blades? most nicking i find is the blade is damage. IF the nicking is in teh same spot then I think that might be the problem

I may be wrong but he can do the same in indesign. it can be exported to a and eps file in the end if need be or a pdf. same process i would think using indesign. my $.02

if crush score. use aknife clam and chipboard. by the litho score tape it to a pice of chip board. then double sid ethe to a clamp and pound away.

what size magazine are you creating?

Use data merge in Indesign.

I would think you need to make sure the solids are spot colors and you will have no problem? My guess is your adjusting the cymk values. the Fiery sees spots and treat tehm as you want them treated. this is only a guess.
