    Xante has the worst tech support. the toners and drums are so dam expensive, and you have more problems with the regerstration on thicker stocks. You have big problems printing on window envelopes and yes it is all base on oki technology. in a nut shell don't waste your time on it. GOOD LUCK

    I have to ask Does it have a very smooth finish like that of a very sheet. Are you using paper that Xerox is saying its good for the machine. Do you have the same problem with other types of stocks.

    in all fairness you have an over priced OkI I have the Cl 30 and the Oki c9600 and the Cl30 has problems not my oki c9300 i do all kinds of colors including tints. and yes it def is the transfer belt, and a the fuser. My friend had the same problem. good luck

    AS I STATED A DO A LOT OF 2 PART AND 3 PART SMALL RUNS. I RUN EXCEL REVERSE. I DO BETWEEN 25 AND 35 JOBS PER WEEK. FROM RUNS OF 100 SETS TO UP TO 500 SET. ANYTHING OVER THAT I PUT ON THE PRESS. Good Luck

    I run that stock all day on my copier all day with no problems. I think your problem has to do with fuser. call your paper companies and see what they spec and get samples
