I recommend buying used equipment. You get a machine for a quarter of what it was for new and you can put it back on service if you need to.

I believe that there is a setup routine for the stacker, kind of similar to the Igen stacker height setup.

2045 jams 2045 jams Try swapping the #1 with the #2 vacuum transport and see if the error code changes. If it does , check the drive belt at the back of each transport to make sure belts turn freely. Also check the paper sensors on each transport, they could be bad also.
