    Do your printing inks contain any aromatic Hydrocarbons, cyclic ethers and ketones, Any one or all three could form a part of your printing inks which would dissolve some of the PVC substrate (Depending on %)

    You might want to be aware we found that if your press operators don't get the naming structure correct on the plans and then they try to delete it this can sometimes cause the exact same issue. It's down to training really sometimes people type things wrong and it's easy done.

    Correct Mark and we used 1024 dpi rather than 1270. A standard front page from receiving file (To be ripped) to finished plate would be typically 8 minutes and 11-12 minutes for the larger panoramic.
