Hi Don,
Try and do the following:
Run the NDF graph & check if the value is > 40000
If < 40000 Static Optics problem
If there is NO result check the Fibre Optic connectors on the Dynamic Optics
Also the problem could be with the Light Det. or the Light Det. board
And finaly you could have a faulty HOMC board.
Good luck.

Hi Don OReilly,

I think there are some problem with CRI, HOMC or Laser Diode. Good luck.
Leo

P.S: We have some parts for Dolev 4Press such as laser, boards in stock.

Sorry Leo,
I do not agree about CRI board. This would not cause the error message on the 4Press.

Hi Don,

on service utils, under machine/laser - run LASER GRAPH, you should get the ff. values:
Intensity: 40,000 - 60,000 then Diode: Around 800 then Analogue: Around 940

Once u run it and get the results, let me know, post it here. This will help us to isolate the problem if its a static optic or just the knife or LDT.

PACH, has a point as well and i must also also disagree that this could be a CRI board. But first, lets run that test then lets see from there. Thanks

The laser has a motor and this is not working and the aperture does not open tighten the screw of the motor or check the driver board if nothing helps change the laser
