6500/6501 Click Charges

Hi,
Can anyone give me an idea of what they are paying per click on their 6500/6501.
Are you getting charged one click per 13x19 or two clicks?
Any help would be appreciated.

Was quoted recently .06 color & .012 BW. Would like to know if that is competetive but more importatnly is 503 for 60 mo lease for 5501 (new) fair with respect to other KM installations and also versus alternative options?

Ask your sales person if that quote is for an 8.5 x 11 click or 13 x 19 click.

If you are getting 2 clicks for 13X19 than you are getting ripped off. Each dealer can set the machine for one click or two. Never buy a machine that does not have 1 click for 13X19.

You should have a maximum of $0.05 for any size color print. If you are paying more then that you are paying too much.

Unfortunately we have been duped with a bait and switch from Konica. All the sales analysis and proposals say color .069 per color image and when we signed the contract they say that the click price is for 8.5 x 11. Not happy. Anyone else have similar problem?

If you're talking to KM direct they're pricing is all over the place since they're reorganization last March. Who would have thought you could raise prices in a down economy. Regardless, NAQP members can still get 6501 clicks at $.049, single click any size sheet with no escalation for up to five years.

KM dealers are independent businesses and free to do whatever they like.
