Hi everyone,
we have another issue wit our 700DCP in combination with the EX700 (external Fiery) plus the Oversized High-Capacity Feeder with two trays (Tray 6+7).
The CommandWorkStation (CWS) offers two nice features "PaperCatalog" and "Paper/Tray Association" – unfortunately Tray 7 is not displayed in the Paper/Tray Association section.
We have instead Tray 5 (which sits on top of the Oversized High-Capacity Feeder) plus a "MultiPurposeTray" listed in there. I have tried to verify if the latter was just a "misspelling" of Tray 7 – unfortunately it's not. The Media Size does NOT correspond to the paper inserted in Tray 7. Maybe it's the ByPass Tray of the finischer that's – would have to check that out)
Printing to Tray 7 via the print driver (Windows) or via manually selection Tray 7 in CWS works fine – it's just Tray 7 not associable in the "Paper/Tray Association" section.
Any ideas on woh to solve the issue?
